 1. What are the technical specs of the caricature file?

If you choose the review art & digital file option, the file will be delivered to the email address used in your profile when checking out. The file will be sent in either a jpeg or png file. Resolution is 5000px 500 dpi.

2. Is the file high resolution?

Yes it is a high resolution file that is suitable for printing professionally.

3. How many revisions can be made for the caricature?

If you choose the review art & digital file option, we will work with you and our design team until you are happy with the picture. However this is also dependent on the quality of the photos you submit to us, please refer to our Photo Guide for tips!

4. How many photos can I upload?

Please submit 1 photo only per order. If there are any issues with the photo after our design team reviews it, we will contact you to request for another photo to ensure that the quality comes out perfect and you love your custom illustration and item! Please refer to our Photo Guide for tips!

5. Is the pose exactly what I submit? Can it be altered?

Yes the pose will be exactly what is submitted, we are not able to change it at this moment.

6. What changes can be made with the picture?

At this time we cannot alter your image, however we can add text for your image to add additional customization! 

7. What is the turn around time?

For the custom illustration drawing, the turn around time is between 3-5 business days (depending on how many revisions are required, if any).

For any custom items, the turn around time will be based on the production time and shipping location. Average shipping time is between 2-4 weeks after art and production is completed. If you have a gift or event deadline, a tip is to leave 4-5 weeks to give ample time for production and shipping! 

8. I am getting an error when uploading my photos, what do I do?

9. I am getting an error with the product design upload, what do I do?

Please contact us at hello@myextratouch.com with your details and we will help you with this as soon as we can.

10. I would like to submit a photo with more than 1 person / 1 pet - is this possible?

Yes this option will be ready shortly! In the meantime please contact us at hello@myextratouch.com and we will work together on a custom order just for you!

 11. Is there a tracking number available?

Yes a tracking number is available! Once the art is completed and item has been printed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

12. Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally to 100+ countries! Find below the countries we cannot ship to.

13. Where do you NOT ship to?

We are not able to ship to the following countries at this time:

Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe

14. Can I get an exchange or issue a refund?
